  • Ashley Rae displays the shipping times quoted by the shipping carrier companies. This reflects the average transit time—which could vary from shorter to considerably longer. Ashley Rae is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • Clothing: at this time, our garments are made-to-order utilizing the customer’s own measurements. Due to this specificity, we are unable to accept returns of these garments.

  • Accessories/Jewelry

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

    • Returns: All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
